Inspired by Noah Scalin’s skull-a day project (http://skulladay.blogspot.com/ ) and feeling the need to try some different things, the idea came up…make a buddha a day. It’s really that simple. So I will try to create one buddha per day, and have each be at least somewhat different, for all of 2015. This is all open to my interpretation of how a buddha will be represented of course…and I am very open to suggestions for future items!
Vickie Willis is also going to contribute some writing to the project by writing a poem each day…hopefully the work matches, or doesn’t match, or does something otherwise entertaining. Much like the representations of buddhas, the definition of poem is open to interpretation.
